Among centuries-old olive trees and dry-stone walls, fortified masserie and sandy beaches is the Regional Natural Park Dune Costiere from Torre Canne to Torre San Leonardo.
This protected area covers the territories of Fasano and Ostuni along 8 kilometres from Torre Canne and the Pilone, and encloses an amazing oasis of Apulian history, sea and nature: you can watch migrating birds passing through the wetland, you can admire the dunes along the beautiful coastline, the colossal ancient olive trees all around the rural area, the historical farmhouses, the rock settlements carved out on the ravines and part of the ancient road Via Traiana.
