Itria Valley is an enchanting rural area in Central Puglia situated in the provinces of Bari, Brindisi and Taranto among the cities of Locorotondo, Cisternino, Martina Franca, Alberobello, Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica.

The valley is characterized by expanses of olive groves, vineyards, dry-stone walls and trulli and the eyes will behold the bright colours od red soil, the golden sunlight, the green forests and the white medieval villages.

Its rural landscape is rich with history, traditions and flavours: it was probably populated since the prehistoric period, and customs and habits are still alive in the small and typical towns.

The flavours of Itria Valley taste like DOC wines of Locorotondo and Martina Franca, grilled meat of Cisternino, Ceglie biscuits, the Capocollo salami of Martina Franca…

Itria Valley how wonderful!
